What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship via international express: UPS, FEDEX and DHL etc.

How long does it take to get my products?

We offer worldwide shipping services. Order processing time 1-3 business days. Shipping time is 4-9 business days. It usually takes 5-12 business days to deliver. More details please refer to our shipping policy

What is the logistics cost?

Shipping is free worldwide, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, where an additional $100 shipping fee is required.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.

Returns & Refunds

Do you support returns and exchanges?

Yes, we support 30-day returns. Please see our Return Refund Policy for more details

If I return an item, how much refund can I receive?

If you request a return&refund, we will charge you a service fee based on your payment amount. The fee is mainly caused by the product value impairment and restocking fee.(Please refer to the refund policy for details)

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will arrange the refund for you after the goods are received and checked correctly at our warehouse.The refund will take 1-2 business days to arrive.The refund will be processed to your original account.If the refund time is beyond this time limit, please contact PayPal or your issuing bank for further information.

Can I change to another product?

Replacing will be processed within 30 days after we receive your product. Please contact us by email to inform us of your order number and model you want to exchange, then please send the previous product back firstly, we will arrange to send a new product after receiving your returned package and confirming your shipping address.
