Warranty Policy

Higreen Health offers a one-year warranty. Within one year from the date of receipt of the product, we will provide free technical support and replacement service if your product fails due to manufacturing defects.

Please note that accessories (such as tubes, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. We guarantee the quality of accessories at the time of purchase, but they may wear out. The customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us.


The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Normal wear and tear: Regular maintenance, repairs and parts replacement due to normal operation are not covered by the warranty
  2. Defects or damage caused by abuse and misuse are not covered by the warranty

This may include troubleshooting, replacing defective parts, or repairing or replacing the oxygen generator if necessary.
