The device works great. However, the battery life isn't what I'm looking for. I'm planning to buy a larger 12-cell battery, which the manufacturer claims can last for over 10 hours.
There is a humming noise when I turn it off. A little bigger than I thought.
I bought one specifically for traveling. It's small, easy to carry, and very useful.

I bought this for my dad. . . It came with a backpack and shoulder strap. My dad has been using the P4 setting, which lasts about two and a half hours. I plan to buy two more batteries separately.
I am glad that this machine is exactly as shown on the website. Although it is a bit noisy. But it is very useful for outings. Very good oxygen concentrator❤

Still waiting for 5hr Battery.
I have not yet been able to make my protable unit a back pack. I think I know but no directions in pamplet. I am having trouble keeping my oxygen set on p2 with the strap on even so I removed the strap that covers it and it still keeps changing, so I have to watch it carefully. I do like the battery life. Still wish It were lighter it is almost as heavy as my old one.
I like having the ease and accessibility of the unit. However, operating it on normal mode, the battery only lasts about 3hrs not 5. Also, the machine makes an annoying beeping sound every couple of minutes. Not sure why that’s happening and I can’t figure out how to disable it.
I have used this a few days now and I really like it. I'd like to order a second battery because it's not lasting 5 hrs like it claims in the advertisement.
Expected it to operate in my car but it discharges the battery even thought it shows it charging so I am limited on any trips over 2 hours. Hard to believe since the concentrator battery runs and charges at home on the 5V adapter but will not run and charge on the 12V adapter. Runs good but more noise than expected - especially ampfified with hearing aids.
So far can get it to do 1 hour and a few minuts
This O2 concentrator served its purpose well! I had a prescription for a portable, but could not afford most of them. Then I came across the BE12 and ordered it. I needed it for up in the mountains so that I could walk and fish at high elevations. Because I am a shallow and slow breather, I was able to use it at the 1 or 2 level most of the time and it registered 93-96% always. The only objection is the bag and strap. The bag is flimsy and rough and I had to replace the strap with a softer shoulder strap to use as a cross bag.
I really like the machine
I don't like the noise, but small oxygen concentrators seem to be quite noisy...at least I haven't found a quiet one yet. I bought a two-battery package and am very happy with the battery life and the performance of the device. I hope the noise level can be improved.

I have ordered two of these concentrators for two of my siblings that need them. They work very well and are a fraction of the cost of an Inogen. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs low flow oxygen whether at rest or activity.

I'm loving this new machine. My emphysema has progressed and on 4L 24/7 so I needed to upgrade. The battery lasts longer and easier to carry in the backpack. I'm waiting for the batteries to come back in stock so I can order 2 extra. Overall, it's great!!
